●Our TPU film is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, recyclable, and PVC-free, meeting safety standards in the apparel, outdoor, and medical fields.
●Our outdoor jacket fabric has passed tests for waterproofing, breathability, and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for export. We can provide testing reports and certifications upon request.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can you do mixed orders?
MOQ varies depending on the product, as follows:
●PVC Decorative Film: Generally, orders start from a full roll. Mixed orders of the same material and thickness but different patterns are supported. Specific details can be discussed based on your project.
●TPU Film: MOQ varies by thickness and width. Standard sizes have standard MOQs. Special sizes can be negotiated for small-batch trial orders.
●Outerwear Fabric: Custom colors are supported. MOQ is adjusted based on the number of colors and width. Color swatches/samples can be provided for confirmation first.
Does it support customization?
We support various customization options:
●PVC decorative film: Patterns, colors, thickness, and surface finishes (matte/gloss/skin-like) can all be customized.
●TPU film: Thickness, width, hardness, waterproof and breathable rating, antibacterial/low-temperature resistance, and other functions can be customized.
●Outerwear fabric: Waterproof rating, moisture permeability, color, weight, and bonding process can all be developed to your requirements.
